Cancellation and Returns

We at Herbal Care ( ensure you the online hassle free shopping experience, where you can make purchases at ease and comfort with the trust on us. But in cases in which you have received a damaged piece or some more cases we do have the easy cancellation,Exchange and Returns Policy for our customers.

The Return Policy:

If in case you have received a damaged item, you can return it to us and get a replacement within 10 days at no extra cost. But the initiation of refunds, returns or cancellation should be followed by a proper mail at or by phone on our Helpline numbers. Even if you have received the product which does not matches the description being displayed on the website you can initiate a return process through mail or from your customer panel through Login.

Conditions for initiating a Return:

We do have a simple and hassle free Return Policy but in the case below we do not Return or Exchange the Products-
1. Damages made by the misuse or improper handling of the Products.
2. The Products that have been consumed or used for some time shall not be replaced.
3. Products with missing Label of Manufacturer, missing serial number.
So Please keep the original packing and the actual condition of the product to avail the Return/Exchange Policy .

Cancellation of Order: You can cancel the Product Order before it has been shipped. You can check the shipping status from your Customer Area after Login through your Username and Password. In case due to unavailability of the Product in the stock of or any other reason if the Product is being not delivered to you, the order shall be cancelled by and the appropriate Refund will be made as per your choice.


There are two ways to get your Refunds from
1. Add To Your Fund: We can add the Amount in your Wallet , which you can see after Login through your username and Password.
2. Cash Refund: We can send back your money in the same way in which you have paid us.
